this retreat is a personalized wellbeing journey that will explore natural ways to boost female hormones while empowering women to manage their symptoms through movement, nutrition and mindful activities. Designed to offer immediate relief and comfort, this retreat is described as a ‘nurturing experience’ that combines bodywork, mindfulness, relaxation and deep breathing to ease the mind and deliver peaceful harmony to mind, body and spirit, helping daughters, mothers and younger women that are in a hormonal shift. In the company of supportive women and a team of expert practitioners, Monique Eastwood has carefully curated this retreat to give women the tools they need to adapt to these changes in a healthy and positive way, enabling them to tune into their body’s rhythm and renew their energy.
